Since its debut, Loop has developed into the leading global reuse platform and is available in France, the United States and Japan.TerraCycle and Loop have received hundreds of awards and recognitions and have been highlighted in some of the world's most recognized media outlets, including CNN, Wall St. Journal, Reuters.com, New York Times, Forbes, Time, and thousands of others.Job Overview The Associate Warehouse Disassembly plays a vital role in the disassembly and manual sortation of incoming electronic materials (including TVs, monitors, microwaves, and CPUs) for safe and efficient processing .Primary Responsibilities Always operate with the highest level of safety of self and othersDismantling and sorting of Universal and Electronic wastesManage commodities within the disassembly spaceProper segregation of electronic componentsConsolidation of Universal and E-wastes for outbound shipmentsMinimize breakage of Lead coating CRT and Mercury containing lampsKeep work area clean and follow all safety programs Clean work area before completion of shiftWear all personnel protective equipment (PPE) as needed; Kevlar sleeves with Kevlar gloves, work boots, and safety glasses RequirementsDesired Qualifications Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)Attention to detail, including safety guidelines and best practicesEffective communication skills Compensation $20 hourly rate during training periodCommission wages after first 3 weeks based on disassembled weight (earn up to $45+ per hour!)Generous paid time off Company subsidized medical and insurance plan Company matched 401(k) contributionsTerraCycle is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
