Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is looking for a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver who will thrive in our company. This position is located at our warehouse in North Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time position with a typical work schedule of Monday Friday, 7 am 3:30 pm. The Warehouse Associate/ Delivery Driver plays a key role in supporting construction operations by ensuring materials, equipment, and tools are efficiently managed, transported, and organized. This position is responsible for both warehouse operations and safe, timely deliveries to job sites. With a strong focus on safety, organization, and teamwork, the role ensures the smooth flow of materials to and from job sites, supporting project timelines and contributing to the overall success of the company.
