We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused warehouse associate in the San Diego, CA area.

We are looking to hire a hardworking and motivated Loader/Unloader for our Daniels medical waste treatment facility in San Diego, CA. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, assisting in packing customer orders, preparing outgoing orders for transport, moving trucks, and housekeeping duties.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to overtime, and good benefits. We provide above-standard PPE for safe handling of medical waste and take staff training seriously. Find out more about how we protect you at

What will your job involve?
  • Working hard and efficiently to ensure all transports are prepared timely.
  • Weighing incoming sharps and regulated medical waste containers (using our Weighbridge).
  • Driving a forklift and operating hand trucks after training.
  • Lifting up to 55 lbs and pushing a four-wheeled cart weighing as much as 200 lbs.
  • Paying attention to detail, especially with paperwork processing.
  • Standing comfortably for extended periods.
  • Collaborating well with a team.
  • What are we looking for?
    • Someone with a can-do attitude, committed to efficient scheduling, with previous experience in labor-intensive jobs and a history of long-term employment.
