The Warehouse Associate role responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders. In this function, you will: - Unload and unpack shipments of products safely and efficiently. - Inspect incoming product for damages and verify quantities against shipping documents. - Report discrepancies such as damages or shortages to the appropriate personnel. - Match shipments to purchase orders (POs), stock transfer orders (ST - Os), and advanced shipping notices (AS - Ns). - Enter receiving data accurately into the company's warehouse management system (Manhattan WMS). - Prepare and organize stock for put-away and storage. - Identify and process noncomforming products according to company procedures. - Verify packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with order specifications.
