Job Position: Box Handler Location: Shawnee, KS 66226 Pay Rate: $18.50/hr Shift: 6am-2:30pm M-F plus over time as needed Job Description Join our team as a Box Handler in our distribution center, where you will play a key role in both outbound and inbound operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Replenishing pick modules using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
• Handling outbound tasks such as loading packages into UPS trailers and palletizing boxes from module downlines to fulfill customer orders.
• Performing additional job duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Pulling orders when workload demands, if necessary.

Job Requirements

• Experience with voice operating systems or willingness to train.
• Ability to successfully train on equipment such as pallet jacks and stock chasers.
• Proficiency in using WMS, WCS, and JDE computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to maintain organized files and a clean work area, including minimal housekeeping.
• Comfort working in a self-directed team environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and perform team lifts for heavier items.
• Maintain acceptable attendance levels, especially during the probationary period.
