JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented multi-site Warehouse Asset Manager to lead the oversight and optimization of equipment and asset operations across our warehouse and manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for driving asset reliability, standardizing equipment usage, managing lifecycle processes, and ensuring operational compliance and efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic asset oversight and hands-on coordination, ensuring that manufacturing equipment and operational tools are available, maintained, and cost-effective, enabling peak performance throughout the facility network.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the asset lifecycle strategy for manufacturing and warehouse equipment.
- Oversee vendor relationships for asset servicing, maintenance contracts, and compliance support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain comprehensive asset inventories, ensuring equipment records are current and aligned with operational needs.
- Oversee compliance with inspections, safety certifications, service agreements, and warranty terms.
- Monitor and report on asset utilization, performance trends, and lifecycle forecasting.
- Procure new equipment and supplies while managing costs through product standardization where possible
- Ensure adherence to equipment lease agreements and internal operational protocols.
- Lead the development of SOPs and best practices for equipment use, inspection, and maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify safety, functionality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate third-party vendors for equipment maintenance, repairs, and logistics.
- Provide strategic input for capital expenditures related to equipment acquisition and deployment.
- Develop and manage budgets related to asset procurement, service, and lifecycle management.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/manufacturing asset management, procurement, or maintenance operations.
- Demonstrated success in driving asset lifecycle programs and equipment cost optimization.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing equipment policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track asset performance and generate actionable insights.
- Skilled in cross-functional communication and vendor relationship management.
- Self-starter with strong project management and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and conduct on-site inspections as needed.
- Willingness to travel across multiple operational sites.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
