Assembler Tester Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Fabricates assemblies by measuring and cutting hose to specified lengths in accordance to the manufacturing order and/or drawings to within established tolerances.

• Check assembled products to make sure they're put together correctly (quality control)

• Cleans workpiece with file, handbrush, snip or grinder

• Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and snips to product close fit between parts.

• Tests hose or hose assembly under pressure to ensure conpliance with product safety ratings.

• Marks object at source of leak for subsequent repair.

Assembler Tester Shift Info

• Day Shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

• Monday - Friday

Assembler Tester Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Experience preferred

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, safety management, and controls and instrumentation

• Reading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams

• Basic math skills to measure parts and product

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 30-50 pounds

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US
