Warehouse and Shipping Clerk - Nowata, OK - Filtration Group Madison Industries : Job Details

Primary Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage all aspects of shipping & receiving department and processes. Perform kitting and organization of material that will ship to local sub-fabricators utilizing B. O. M.'s to pick and organize. Electronic Inventory Maintenance - SAP Transactions, Inventory Location Maintenance, etc. Verify inventory, ensure warehouse parts are in correct locations. Pick and Pack sales orders, perform inventory transactions and adjustments (via SAP) and Ship all UPS shipments (via UPS World. Ship). Properly apply shipping labels, packing information, and miscellaneous customer information. Build, box, or pack items for shipment - using standard packing material. Examine outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specifications. Operates Forklift or Hand Truck to move, weigh, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
