Our client, a global distributor of consumer goods in the Jupiter area, is seeking a warehouse administrative - order entry clerk. The ideal candidate will be experienced with quickbooks, and have intermmediate excel skills, with the ability to perform v-lookups and Pivot tables. Must be comfortable to work in the warehouse for inventory counts and audits. Distributor experience is a plus . salary: $21 - $23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM -[ \n\n. As an administrative assistant, your duties will include managing and distributing information within an office. This involves answering phones,maintaining files. Maintain and file all related documents; Perform inventory in the warehouse and record inventory in Quickbooks ( need to have Quickbooks experience ) Invoice client orders in Quick Books including e-commerce; Must have intermmediate excel skills, including Pivot tables.
