We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Admin Helper to join the team in Hallandale, FL. This role combines customer service, warehouse support, and delivery assistance, with opportunities to learn directly from mechanics and grow in the company. Key Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics with basic tasks while learning the trade
• Provide bilingual customer service (English/Spanish) to walk-in and call-in clients
• Assist customers with parts inquiries, merchandise walkthroughs, and service questions
• Prepare and deliver golf carts and parts, including loading carts on trailers for delivery
• Support warehouse operations, keeping the work environment clean and safe
• Help promote services and follow up with customers regarding parts, repairs, and orders

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Must pass a background check and drug test (E-Verify required)
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
• Ability to drive and assist with golf cart deliveries (training provided)
• Direct hire position - not through an agency
