For more information, visit .Reporting directly to the Director | Wardrobe, the role of Wardrobe Coordinator, SEA includes:Role & Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily ops.
    • Running errands.
    • Fabric swatching and purchasing.
    • Ordering supplies.
  • Track and follow all rehearsal report needs.
  • Assist in hiring paperwork for Stitchers for both internal RWS Stitching needs, as well as onboard roles - working with Shop Manager.
  • Research supplier pricing to achieve best possible expense savings.
  • Assist with scheduling departmental meetings and ongoing general maintenance needs of the department.
  • Assist in the coordination of all shipments & manifests for both pack outs, as well as the return of items from onboard (working with PM)
  • Financial Assistance for the department
  • Reconciling Amex
  • Handling Invoicing

  • A BFA/BA degree in the Theatre/ Entertainment fields or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the entertainment industry (stage management, company management, theatrical admin, costume design, assistant costume designer, etc)
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Excel and MS Office applications
  • A flexible schedule allowing for approximately 20% international travel
  • Motivation, dedication, passion, integrity, collaboration, and self-direction
A valid passport for the duration of employment for all travel-related roles.
