With creativity and cost-effectiveness, we address complex business challenges and activate brands through built environments.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Walls Project Manager to join our team in New York City. This role will focus specifically on architectural wall systems and will be responsible for end-to-end project oversight from budgeting and client coordination to site installation and closeout.The Walls Project Manager will serve as the key liaison between clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of demountable wall systems and related FF&E components. This is a highly interactive and field-oriented role that requires technical knowledge, leadership, and a client-focused mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination
  • Review project scope with sales, design, and client teams-including all wall system components and FF&E items (film, signage, accessories, etc.)
  • Attend kickoff meetings and client consultations, either in-person or remotely
  • Establish project milestones, delivery schedules, and installation timelines
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for architectural wall systems and related products
  • Ensure field verification and measurements are completed accurately and on time
On-Site Management
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact during delivery and installation phases
  • Coordinate access with general contractors, tradespeople, and building management
  • Supervise delivery logistics (elevators, staging, etc.) and confirm product counts
  • Monitor site progress, maintain order, and troubleshoot on-the-ground issues
  • Oversee electricians, data teams, and specialty trades as needed for wall integration
Execution & Closeout
  • Provide installation documentation and coordinate with installers
  • Conduct walk-throughs and develop punch lists; follow through on resolution
  • Manage any change orders or additional requests with Sales and Operations
  • Coordinate end-user training and product orientation with manufacturers
  • Ensure all excess products are handled appropriately and site is cleaned post-installation
  • Finalize project documentation and support client through official closeout
QualificationsSkills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, facility management, interior architecture, or commercial furniture experience with demountable wall systems strongly preferred
  • Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience.
  • Technical/professional training or a two-year degree in a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, floor plans, and architectural drawings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort working both in the office and on active construction sites
  • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Travel as needed within the NYC metro area to job sites and client offices
