The VPK Teacher, (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond. VPK helps build a strong foundation for school using educational material corresponding to various stages in a child's development. The VPK Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. Requirements As a Lead VPK Teacher, youll:Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation and VPK program requirements. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your students success.
