We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Vice President of Sourcing & Product Development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Establish and implement development Special Markets calendars, by which each area of the company, where involved, must adhere to.
• Create seasonal style target metrics for Special Markets, based on past history, corporate objectives and overall EVP direction.
• Analyse and evaluate seasonal development of each Brand; communicate progress and impact on business objectives weekly during EVP round table meeting of departmental leaders.
• Oversee all negotiations and confirmed order placement with fabric mills and garment factories to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution of all aspects of the sampling process.
• Collaborate with departmental business leaders to ensure the integrity of Special Markets' DNA throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with the senior management of key mills and factories to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Bachelor's Degree, in management or fashion related a plus
• Minimum of 10-15 years of product development experience, apparel preferred
• Great time management and ability to multi-task
• Ability to lead large groups of people
• Proven skills in negation tactics
• Team player personality a must
