Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, earnings materials, and related disclosures
• Ensure compliance with SEC, US GAAP, and internal control requirements under SOX
• Partner with accounting policy, controllership, legal, tax, and business unit finance teams to gather and validate information
• Research new accounting and disclosure requirements, drafting technical memos as needed
• Review footnotes, MD&A, and other disclosures for accuracy and clarity
• Manage relationships with external auditors and resolve open items in a timely manner
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• You are a CPA with prior experience in public accounting AND in-house reporting experience who is ready to step into a role with broader impact and leadership.
• You are detail-oriented but also thrive on cross-functional collaboration.
• You want to be in an environment where people work hard but genuinely like working together.
