Operational Leadership. Direct and oversee multiple operational functions including customer service, new accounts, trading, commissions, licensing, and advisory billing. Establish and manage Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) protocols and ensure compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations. Monitor and report on RAD (Risk Assessment & Due Diligence) and sales desk performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with enterprise-wide operational objectives. Sales Desk Oversight.
