Base pay range

$137,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

A global corporate bank located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to bring on board a VP Regulatory Change Management Officer to join their team. The role is currently on a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the Regulatory Change Management team.
  • Identify, analyze, and oversee the implementation of new or updated laws, rules, regulations, or material regulatory guidance.
  • Conduct applicability analysis to determine how regulatory changes impact the organization.
  • Perform preliminary impact assessments for new or changed regulations.
  • Route regulatory changes to the appropriate departments and stakeholders for review and action.
  • Develop and track action plans for implementing regulatory changes.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
  • Draft a weekly digest summarizing updates on laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of key metrics to evaluate the health and governance of the Regulatory Change Management initiative.
  • Coordinate with departments across the division to ensure timely and effective implementation of regulatory changes.
