Salary Range $273,000 - $355,000*

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP, Head of Product who will lead our product management team and take ownership of our customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the company's goals and market trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, merchandising and operations, to ensure the successful execution of our products. This role will lead a fast-paced, agile, cross-functional team to test and launch new products and experiences, and leverage and build new partnerships. This is a high impact leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer and will build and foster a culture of excellence and accountability capable of producing best-in-class products with a focus on ownership, accountability, and transparency.

Role Description:
  • Drive the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to define and deliver products and initiatives across various workstreams
  • Develop quarterly and annual product roadmaps
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and approaches to product development
  • Identify opportunities to improve overall customer experience across many touch points
  • Lead a talented team of product managers and designers to build an elevated customer experiences across all digital channels
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team, promoting professional growth and ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Improve the product management function processes, practices and deliverables.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to the executive team and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 10+years in product management roles, preferably within the B2B or B2C
  • Strong understanding of B2C software product lifecycle, from product strategy to development, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, defining product roadmaps, and executing on product plans in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability and desire to get into the weeds and solve operational day-to-day issues.
