Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP, Head of Product who will lead our product management team and take ownership of our customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the company's goals and market trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, merchandising and operations, to ensure the successful execution of our products. This role will lead a fast-paced, agile, cross-functional team to test and launch new products and experiences, and leverage and build new partnerships. This is a high impact leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer and will build and foster a culture of excellence and accountability capable of producing best-in-class products with a focus on ownership, accountability, and transparency.
