VP/Portfolio Management Leader - Blue Foundry Bank : Job Details

The Portfolio Management Leader oversees the portfolio management group within the Commercial Banking department, managing both CRE and C&I portfolio managers and their respective loan portfolios. Within this role you will be managing personnel, policies, procedures, portfolio monitoring, and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with covenants and exceptions. The role emphasizes maintaining strong relationships with business owners and executives to ensure loan performance and risk management. In addition to leadership duties, the Portfolio Management Leader is directly involved in managing portfolios, assessing ongoing credit risk, and developing action plans for distressed accounts. This leader collaborates with the Head of Commercial Banking and the Chief Credit Officer to establish and update policies, and handles audits, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation efforts.
