Seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations | Production | Administration to oversee and lead all aspects of construction operations, production, and administrative functions for a growing residential homebuilding company. This executive-level role will act as the right-hand to the CEO, ensuring operational excellence, project delivery, and alignment with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing Project Managers and cross-functional teams within a residential construction environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of executive or senior-level operations leadership experience in residential construction or homebuilding.
• Proven experience managing Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of construction production processes, scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations, improving efficiencies, and driving accountability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
