Position Overview: The VP of Operations will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations at Easy Aerial, ensuring our manufacturing, logistics, and product deployment processes run smoothly and efficiently. This leader will be responsible for strategic planning, operational execution, process improvement, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and a strong understanding of high-tech, aerospace, or defense industries.

• Lead, manage, and scale operations including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality control, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with other executives to establish long-term operational strategies that support growth and innovation.
• Oversee production processes and ensure all products meet ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across operations, maintaining NDAA compliance and adherence to DoD requirements.
• Implement and monitor operational KPIs to track performance, optimize efficiency, and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee procurement and vendor relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the operations teams.
• Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to ensure seamless transition from design to production.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, focusing on efficiency, waste reduction, and cost-saving measures.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team, instilling a culture of accountability, transparency, and results-oriented performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of leadership in aerospace, defense, robotics, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience working with government contracts and knowledge of NDAA and DIU regulations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across different business units.
• Experience in scaling operations in a fast-growing tech or manufacturing company is highly desirable.
