Imagine transforming chaos into order, juggling various platforms, managing support queues, and solving people problems—all while maintaining SLAs and sticking to rollout timelines. You're the mastermind who turns disarray into seamless, predictable systems. At 2 Hour Learning, we're experiencing rapid growth, with plans to launch 25-30 new school campuses in the next six months. We're seeking a leader to orchestrate the operational setup for each campus, covering everything from student onboarding and tech provisioning to support workflows and change management. This role isn't about inheriting a neat process; it's about creating one from the ground up and scaling it.About 2 Hour Learning2 Hour Learning is the driving force behind Alpha Schools, NextGen Academy, GT School, Texas Sports Academy, and Unbound Academy—a dynamic family of K–12 schools and educational products. We believe in a unique concept: students can achieve a full year of academic growth in just two focused hours a day, leaving the rest of the day for activities like sailing, sports, public speaking, or game design. Our platform offers real-time progress dashboards, curriculum recommendations, and feedback tools, providing students and guides with the structure to accelerate and the freedom to flourish.Backed by private equity with long-term funding, our mandate is to scale. This isn't a trial; the model is proven. Charter applications are live, and licensing is underway. Our next focus is infrastructure—and it starts here.WHY THIS ROLE?This position is the heart of our launch engine. You'll Lead The Systems That Ensure Every New School Operates Smoothly From Day 1 And Continues To Do So At Scale. You'll Have
- The authority to design and take ownership of the entire operational setup
- A model that has already demonstrated outstanding academic results
- Support from legal, product, launch, and finance teams, but you'll hold the final accountability for go-live
- A culture that values proactive action, systems thinking, and operational transparency
ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?You'll collaborate directly with operators and founders who demand intensity, precision, and results. If you're driven to fix broken workflows before they become apparent, we want to meet you.If you've ever declared, I won't wait for someone else to fix this; I'll create the system myself, —this is your opportunity. What You Will Be Doing
- Leading the charge in student onboarding, tech provisioning, and system configuration across more than 25 school campuses
- Crafting and enforcing SLAs for internal support processes and issue resolution
- Coordinating with launch, product, and platform teams to ensure everything is ready for action
- Managing change for platform updates, feature rollouts, and workflow transformations
- Establishing feedback loops between field operations and central ops to enhance speed and reliability
- Developing clear ownership models and escalation paths for seamless operational execution
What You Won't Be Doing
- Micromanaging edge cases—your mission is to create systems, not just solve individual problems
- Isolating yourself—this role intersects with platform, product, launch, and support teams
- Following someone else's process—you'll design, own, and improve it
- Slowing down for consensus—you'll lead decisively and move swiftly
- Managing support like a ticket factory—our focus is on outcomes, not volume

- Demonstrated ability to build and refine zero-to-one systems that endure—solving problems and preventing them at scale
