We are seeking a energetic, experienced Vice President of Manufacturing Operations to lead our production facilities. We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive improvements in efficiency, cost, and overall operation excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all requirements and standards are consistently met across all manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the execution of all new job and product launches.
• Set clear priorities for the manufacturing teams to optimize performance and align with company goals.
• Lead initiatives to drive cost reductions, eliminate scrap, and improve overall efficiencies across the operations.
• Drive Kaizen events to promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout manufacturing.

Steere is a very successful, privately owned, 250 employee, multi-plant, global, manufacturer and supplier of advanced engine air induction systems for the automotive industry. We specialize in 2D and 3D blow molding, injection molding and steel tube bending. We also have a machining, mold making and machine building division.
