Position Summary/Job Description
ITF Therapeutics, a pioneering biotechnology firm dedicated to developing and delivering therapies for patients with rare and life-threatening diseases, is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our leadership team as Vice President of Insights, Analytics, and Customer Operations.
This role will be pivotal in driving commercial excellence, data-driven decision making, and world-class customer experience. The VP will sit on the commercial leadership team and work cross-functionally to shape business direction, optimize customer engagement, ensure efficient commercial operations and maximize patient access and outcomes for rare disease patient communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Analytics and Insights
- Build and develop a high-performing team of analysts and market researchers to deliver deep insights into patient journeys, HCP behavior, and market trends.
- Drive data acquisition and integration from multiple sources (claims, EMR, CRM, etc.) to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Design and implement advanced analytics models (e.g., predictive modeling, segmentation, ROI analysis) to enhance commercial strategy and resource allocation.
- Drive strategic long-range planning and operational forecasting
Customer Operations
- Oversee customer and commercial operations platforms, including Field Analytics, & Reporting, Field Operations, and Master Data Management, with expected expansion to lead Commercial Operations more broadly.
- Be responsible for customer model and lead continuous improvement initiatives in customer engagement effectiveness.
- Partner with IT to assess, design, and improve the commercial technology platform ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, IT and Commercial teams to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
Organizational Senior Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent across all direct reports.
- Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MD) strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on rare diseases.
- Demonstrated success in leading customer data analytics and customer operations.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare system, specialty pharmacy distribution, reimbursement, and rare disease market dynamics.
- Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and measurable impact.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
