Skills and Competencies:Credit:* Perform holistic analysis to support ratings and research with autonomy for most advanced/bespoke tasks* Extensive working knowledge of applicable methodologies* Proficient in all technical and operational aspects of assigned deliverables
Stakeholder Management:* Comfortably and professionally interact with various senior stakeholders on complex topics* Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments
Project Management:* Manage deliverables related to multiple projects independently
Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's in relevant fields10+ years in credit/financial data analysisStrong organizational and multitasking skills along with experience in managing and mentoring teamsProficient in financial statement analysis and advanced Excel; fluent in English with strong communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and manage managers, people, and projects supporting data, ratings, research, analytical outreach, and apply technical knowledge to guide junior team members and lead process improvements.* Act as a people manager and a manager of managers with responsibility for all aspects of data intake, normalization, and processing* Oversee all teams, leading, motivating, and supporting staff* Ensure quality of deliverables and end-to-end delivery of BAU tasks such as complex data analysis, methodology application, credit estimates, and research projects* Conduct initial reviews and quality assessments, providing feedback and training for improvement* Coordinate work allocation and manage workload pipelines* Provide feedback on team performance and quality* Identify and implement process improvements and re-engineering* Oversee transition of simpler activities to service hubs* Manage stakeholder relationships and support outsourcing activities* Lead projects or working groups, e.g., methodology updates and process integration* Attract, hire, develop, motivate, and retain talented staff
