Our clientele includes small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies, and consumers across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding of both B2C and B2B go-to-market approaches.
  • Implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Executing marketing campaigns across various platforms in alignment with company goals.
  • Leading marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies within creative services, digital marketing, sales support, brand marketing, and product marketing.
  • Overseeing marketing budgets and ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Establishing and evaluating relationships with key agencies, partners, and external programs.
  • Assessing operational processes and team organization to identify improvements and efficiencies.
  • Implementing operational metrics and KPIs to measure and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Managing customer segmentation data collection, analysis, and interpretation for targeted marketing.
  • Collaborating with the Sales department to align strategies.
  • Developing an integrated marketing calendar for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Creating a marketing budget in coordination with the CFO based on organizational goals.
  • Performing additional duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Preferred Education: Master's Degree.
  • Work Experience: 9+ years.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels for both B2B and B2C.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of high-quality design for print and electronic media.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, including CRM and Marketing Cloud.

The pay range for this position is $230,000 to $290,000 annually, determined by experience, certifications, and location. Compensation may vary in different areas due to labor costs.
