About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Trading & Tokenization (Enterprise Sales) to lead the growth and adoption of our trading and tokenization products among enterprise clients. This strategic leadership role involves developing and executing sales strategies for complex, high-value solutions targeted at large organizations within the blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset markets.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, deep expertise in trading platforms, tokenization solutions, blockchain technologies, and a proven track record of leading teams and closing high-value enterprise sales deals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales strategy and execution for trading and tokenization solutions, focusing on acquiring and maintaining enterprise clients across various industries (e.g., brokerage, finance, fintech, blockchain, real estate). Set and pursue ambitious growth targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to promote and sell our platforms. Build and sustain long-term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a thought leader in the tokenization and trading space by staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes. Use insights to influence product and sales strategies and position the company as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs, product capabilities, and go-to-market strategies. Provide client feedback to inform product development.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring effective collaboration across legal, technical, and sales teams for complex negotiations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with industry players, including financial institutions, blockchain platforms, and exchanges. Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results. Provide coaching and training to support team success.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor sales effectiveness, analyze trends, and optimize pipelines. Report progress regularly to senior leadership, including the CRO and CEO.
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of enterprise sales experience in trading platforms, tokenization, blockchain, or digital assets, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in fintech or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of trading solutions, tokenization, blockchain, and digital assets, including security tokens, NFTs, and crypto trading. Knowledge of market trends, regulations, and challenges in the space.
  • Proven ability to drive large, multi-million-dollar sales from lead to close, with strong negotiation skills focused on value creation.
  • Leadership skills with experience building and leading results-oriented sales teams. Ability to motivate and inspire teams toward growth targets.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals and client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging senior executives and presenting complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Data-driven mindset, utilizing analytics to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
