Your new role

Currently, they are in search of a VP of Finance who will report directly to the CEO and Co-Founder. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company s daily expansion and will be a key member of the executive team, influencing financial strategies and the broader business direction. There is a clear trajectory for this individual to become the company s first CFO within the next two years.

Requirements

• 3+ years in investment banking, private equity, or VC
• 5+ years experience within Finance at a fast growing startup
• Experience of leading fundraising rounds
• Must have owned a model
• Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
• Outstanding and innovative conflict resolution abilities, with a knack for negotiation and reconciling differences
• Exceptionally strategic in approach, yet practical in action
