VP - Equity Capital Markets - Healthcare - NEW YORK - Citi : Job Details

Assume significant levels of responsibility for the various phases of public/private equity origination and transaction execution, new business development and overall growth of the firm. Work closely with issuer clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process, including structuring, trading color and broader execution needs. Work directly and build business development level relationships with corporate clients, investors, V - Cs, sponsors and senior-level Citi team members Responsible for drafting pitch materials, investor / stakeholder analysis, execution materials, oversee and ensure the quality of work being performed by analysts & associates Qualifications:6-10 years of experience.
