Team & Leadership

• Build and lead, manage, and optimize a high-performing digital team with a focus on innovation, performance, and growth.
• Foster strong partnerships with technology, marketing, operations, and finance leaders.
• Translate business goals into actionable digital initiatives with clear KPIs and ROI expectations.

Customer Experience & Digital Optimization

• Drive optimization of digital experiences across website and mobile app, enhancing usability, engagement, and conversion.
• Lead efforts to increase site and app performance, speed, and personalization.
• Foster a culture of continuous innovation, including the exploration of AI, automation, and emerging retail technologies.

Omnichannel Experience

• Own the strategy and execution of omnichannel experiences such as:
  • Ship-to-home
  • Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS)
  • Ship-from-store
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless fulfillment and customer service.

Cross-Functional Partnerships

• Partner with IT to optimize digital platforms, site architecture, and customer conversion tools.
• Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to ensure products are effectively merchandised and discoverable on digital channels.
• Manage and enhance the product digital onsite process, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with brand and creative teams to maintain a consistent voice and digital identity.

Digital Merchandising & Product Experience

• Own digital product presentation strategy, including taxonomy, filtering, product content, and placement.
• Optimize the onsite customer journey from product discovery through purchase.

Digital Product Onsite Process

• Own and optimize the product digital onsite process, including the PDP photo studio, sample management, and onsite process

• 1215+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, e-commerce, or digital marketing within retail or consumer brands.
• Proven success in leading digital and omnichannel transformation efforts.
• Strong understanding of digital UX/UI, customer behavior, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience working in close partnership with IT, merchandising, and fulfillment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience using digital metrics to drive business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
