VP/D, Strategy Ops, Performance Optimization and Enterprise Initiatives Lead - OneMain Holdings : Job Details

You will:Own one or multiple end-to-end pilots or initiatives aimed at advancing our operations and broader enterprise agenda. Evolve the organizations strategy around how we organize our teams including rolling out and tracking pilots, scaling successful initiatives and executing on other enterprise priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives. Location: Hybrid NYC office Requirements 10 years in professional settings, with a preference for backgrounds in change management, business analytics, technology rollout, or consulting. BA required; MBA or other technical graduate degree preferred. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
