Job Title: VP / Director - Fund Finance Structurer & Originator (Equity NAV Specialist)Location: New York, NYPosition Overview:A top-tier global bank is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Fund Finance efforts in New York, with a specialized focus on Equity NAV-based facilities. This VP/Director-level role will be instrumental in originating, structuring, and executing bespoke fund financing solutions for a diverse set of private capital clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination and structuring of NAV, hybrid, and equity derivative-based credit facilities for private equity funds, hedge funds, fund-of-funds, and registered investment vehicles.
• Engage directly with clients to understand fund structures, financing needs, and strategic objectives.
• Draft and present tailored term sheets and financing solutions based on client-specific collateral packages and legal frameworks.
• Drive transactions from pitch through execution, including legal negotiation and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, credit, capital markets) to deliver customized, risk-aligned financing solutions.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to product innovation and platform growth.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in fund finance, structured lending, or equity derivatives.
• Deep expertise in Equity NAV structures and fund-level financing.
• Strong understanding of private capital fund mechanics and collateral structuring.
• Proven ability to lead complex transactions and manage client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or JD preferred.
