VP, Consolidation & Reporting - Dow Jones & Co. : Job Details

Lead the consolidation and creation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly results and forecasts into management level presentations. Ensure accurate and timely submissions to our parent company (News Corp)Develop corporate reporting and identify systems and data improvements. Summarize the revenue and cost drivers and trends for senior management. Develop and maintain the FP&A groups deadlines in order to deliver key consolidated reporting needs within the finance group and to our parent company. Lead project work to support strategic decisions within the business. Collaborate with other finance functions to oversee SOX compliance and other ad hoc reporting requirements. You Have:Strong quantitative and analytical skills, CPA or bachelors degree in finance or accounting preferred. Relevant Commercial Finance experience 12 years with at least 5 years in a leadership role in financial consolidations.
