Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Our client is a Global Alternate Asset Manager who specializes in Real Estate (and Private Equity) Investing seeking to add a highly motivated VP/Principal to their growing Asset Management team.

Seeking to add a VP/Director for their growing Private Investment/Alternative Asset Management Team. Ideal professional will be responsible for; underwriting, closing, and overseeing the entire Asset Management deal life cycle from start to finish/ the completion (experience with industrial asset classes strongly preferred!)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of asset plans, capital and operating budgets to maximize asset values given market conditions.
• Responsible for the oversight and execution of the business plans for direct real estate equity investments
• Prepare and present acquisition and disposition investment opportunities to the firm's Investment Committee with sole intent on driving profitability
• Originate, negotiate, and execute strategic growth investments while minimizing risk exposure and maximizing the value add profitability
• Develop and implement AM plans and strategy, capitalization, and financing, optimizing performance
• Formulate annual budgets, monthly cash flow projections, quarterly valuations using Excel and ARGUS
• Review marketing materials for new to market projects
• Present due diligence/potential risks/ and make recommendations to Investment Committee
• Negotiate transaction documents and serve as primary contact for legal, tax, and other advisors through deal execution; coordinate with third-party consultants to facilitate technical due diligence process

Requirements:

• 4 year degree within Real Estate/Portfolio management is preferred
• 7+ years overall transferable Real Estate/Asset Management experience
• Prior Development or similar experience required
• Proven ability to lead Project from beginning to end
• Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
