Volunteer Services Coordinator - Greater Baltimore Medical Center : Job Details

Under minimal supervision, coordinates office operations and performs a variety of complex administrative management activities in support of Volunteer Services, including the supervision of office volunteers. Assists the Volunteer Services Director with the recruitment, onboarding and placement of volunteers throughout the organization. Assists members of the Volunteer Services team in retail locations as needed. Education:Bachelors degree; equivalent professional experience also accepted. Licensures/ Certifications:N/ A - Experience:Minimum of 1 to 3 years in volunteer management or similar role; 1-year supervisory experience. Skills:Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers, volunteers, and staff. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to perform service recovery. Skill in oral and written communication. Ability to organize, manage, and direct the workflow of others.
