HELLO AND WELCOME TO LOWER CAPE FEAR LIFECARE! We are so excited that you are interested in serving as one of our valued volunteers. Once on board, you will be part of a large, dynamic group of volunteers, contributing to the mission of our organization throughout southeast North Carolina and northeast South Carolina. Before serving as a LCFL Volunteer, an application, onboarding, and orientation must be completed. Please note that a background check and TB Test is required to volunteer. On the application, when asked for your desired salary, please enter 1 and select the currency as US Dollars.Next Steps Once you have completed the following application, we will contact you about upcoming volunteer orientations. These sessions are approximately 2-3 hours and are offered in various locations. During orientation, you will learn about our organization, be exposed to the basics of hospice and end-of-life care and discuss volunteer opportunities.
