Voice Engineer with Security Clearance - TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group : Job Details

Seeking a Senior Voice Engineer to identify and resolve performance issues and be responsible for all troubleshooting, repairing/replacing, configuring, monitoring and upgrading of the network on both unclassified and classified systems. This position is on-site and mission essential. Responsibilities:- Responsible for implementation and technical support of Cisco Unified Communications related technologies- 2nd and 3rd level support of existing systems- Provide installation, transition, and cutover of components of the systems- Provide all maintenance and documentation of ground equipment and systems on a scheduled and unscheduled basis- Test and Integration- Gather trend analysis data on systems, and provide input for resource planning- Provide real-time usable statistics to aid with troubleshooting- Upgrades to all supported VoIP / UC systems- Monitoring of Managed Services UC customers via 3rd party network monitoring software- Review work/installation progress for accuracy, adherence to network design, and conformance to telecommunications standards- Perform other Voice technology-related duties as assigned Top Skills' Details:1.
