Job Title: Visualization Coordinator Location-Type: Hybrid - 1 day/week onsite (Wednesdays) Start Date Is: 8/4/25 Duration: Contract 6 months - until 2/6/26 Compensation Range: $20.00-$26.00/hr Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end production of 3D exterior renderings used in brochures and community websites
• Review and proof vendor artwork at key stages (first and second tier reviews)
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to maintain project timelines
• Update databases daily to track project progress, budgets, and vendor performance
• Support and enhance operational workflows to optimize both speed and output quality
• Uphold Toll Brothers brand standards across all visual assets

Qualifications: Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in design coordination, visualization, or project management

Preferred:

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, Art, or Interior Design
• 3 years of experience in a similar role
