• Develop visual merchandising plans with Gallery Leadership and RH Visual teams.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive sales and ensure standards are met.
• Train gallery teams on merchandise, signage, and maintenance.
• Communicate RH's design philosophy and product range.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.

• 5+ years of leadership and visual experience in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to adapt to change and deliver results positively.
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Self-motivated learner with curiosity.
• Leadership skills with strategic thinking and team motivation experience.
• Ability to foster a positive, high-quality work environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Lift and move items up to 30 lbs with proper techniques.
• Navigate effectively around the gallery, stockroom, and office.
• Prolonged standing, twisting, kneeling, and climbing.
