Expert on the foods, products and services offered at store level.

Visual storyteller through creative display, signage and messaging.

Ensures displays have creative signs and branding.

Offer guidance on visual merchandising best practices.

Evaluates category assortment to drive sales.

Oversees seasonal and in-line general merchandise categories.

Aids in onboarding and training of key employees in best merchandising practices.

**Visual Merchandiser Background Profile**Associates Degree in related field or two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.

Bachelor s Degree in related field preferred.

JDA Space Planning certification preferred.

Basic mathematical skills.

Understanding of SAP reporting.

Understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Understanding of retail planograms, schematics and retail merchandising.

Understanding of supply chain management software.

Effective business communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
