Job Description We are seeking a one-year visiting faculty member to teach introductory to intermediate-level Computer Science courses. . The candidate will be expected to effectively teach a variety of IT and CS courses, advise and mentor students, and engage in scholarship and professional service. The courses taught cover all levels of an undergraduate program in topic areas such as object-oriented programming languages (Java, C++), event-driven programming, algorithms and data structures, computer architecture, software engineering, web technology & security, operating system design and security, network & security, system integration, system assurance, digital logic and design, human-computer interactions, video game development, and database management. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to design course materials aligned with CAE-CD and ABET accreditation standards, participate actively in learning outcomes assessment, and contribute to organizing activities for student clubs. Salary and academic rank are commensurate depending on directly related education and experience level.
