Duties Conduct orientation interviews with public for domestic violence, child abuse, sexual abuse, stalking, mental health and substance abuse issues and develop documentation for permanent case file. Provide supervision of visitation between child and non-custodial parent and monitoring of exchanges of children between their custodial and non-custodial parent. Provide information and referral services to survivors and their families. Provide case management to assigned cases; answering phone calls, emails, filing, attends weekly staff meetings, input data into computerized logs (Access Visitation) preparing summaries for clientsMonitors the functioning of county social services providers (i.e., Visitation Center), by supervising visits according to court orders or their relevant agreements, works with other community partners for family resources, responds to subpoenas, prepares court summaries for attorneys, counselors, GAL's and other service providers, testifies in court when needed, administering surveys to clients All other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Ohio Driver's LicenseHigh School Diploma or EquivalentSupplemental Information Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Recognize unusual or threatening conditions & take appropriate actionApply principle to solve practical, everyday problemsRecognize safety warningsKnowledge of Human relations, counseling, social servicesUnderstand manuals & verbal instructions, technical natureOffice practices & proceduresHandle sensitive inquiries from & contacts with the officials & general publicWord ProcessingMake appointmentsAnswer routine phone inquiries from public
