- Deliver expert virtual nursing care to a diverse adult population across hospital, skilled nursing, and in-home settings.
- Partner closely with care teams to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide patient and family education and serve as a mentor and coach to fellow nurses.
- Supervise and direct support staff to ensure compliance with evidence-based practices.
- Monitor patient status using advanced telemetry and clinical tools.
- Identify risks and define appropriate interventions using critical thinking and clinical expertise.
- Maintain accurate documentation using various EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary remote teams and originating sites for care coordination.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recent experience in acute, critical care, or step-down settings.
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity, guiding hospital staff on clinical workflows.
- Strong understanding of telemetry monitoring and virtual care protocols.
- Proficiency in Windows-based systems and EHR platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills-both verbal and written.
- Valid RN licensure (or compact license) and ability to acquire additional licenses.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (PALS and EKG certifications are a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage care across diverse settings.
