As a Virtual Patient Companion at Cleveland Clinics Administrative Campus, you will use a telemonitoring system to provide continuous remote observation and surveillance of up to 15 patients in a variety of units, departments, and/or locations. This position is essential in ensuring all patients receive top-quality care, and nurses are supported. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring assigned patients, verbally redirecting patients from engaging in at-risk behaviors and summoning the nursing staff as needed while honoring patient and institutional confidentiality.
