Virtual Financial Services Representative - Enterprise Bank & Trust : Job Details

Performs duties in new account opening and new account checkback. Have knowledge of bank products and services in order to make recommendations based on client needs. Contacts clients to complete the new business account opening process. Manages workflow to meet service level agreement standards for turn times on new account generation. Maintains internal controls and meets regulatory compliance. Ensures accurate tracking and documentation of account and customer information. Follows up and assists in clearing documentation discrepancies with a high level of accuracy. Identifies, documents and corrects inconsistencies and errors in collected data or established procedures. Assist QA Team with review of Policy & Procedures for accuracy and needed revisions. Provides concierge service to clients during account opening and onboarding. Responds and handles associate/client inquiries promptly and accurately.
