How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As part of the Product Marketing Pricing and Profitability Team, you will play a key role in strengthening our group fundamentals and supporting the commercial performance of Bulk & Packaged Gases across our entities. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Pricing component of the Group FIT Commercial initiative to reinforce pricing focus and expertise at all levels of our commercial organizations.
  • Owning and ensuring the implementation of Product Business models, including pricing, contracts, and offer structures.
  • Owning and securing the implementation of each Product Pricing Referential.
  • Animating, developing, and training the Entity Pricing Leaders community.
  • Specifying and securing the implementation or replication of Global Pricing Solutions where appropriate.

    Mission description:

    In coordination with operational teams worldwide and Digital & IT, develop advanced pricing solutions for Bulk and Packaged gases activities by:

  • Gathering user needs, success factors, and business cases.
  • Securing Proof of Concept development and deployment.
  • Ensuring adoption and leveraging of the solutions.
  • Initiating and following the solution industrialization process.
  • Representing business stakeholders with D&IT teams.
  • Securing the final solution fits business requirements.
  • Supporting change management related to new solutions.
  • Supporting deployment and follow-up of Corporate Pricing initiatives.

    Are you a MATCH?

    Education: Master in Science or Business.

    Soft and Hard Skills:

    • Must have: Experience working in an international environment with transversal teams, project & change management, fundamentals in business and data science, self-driven and autonomous.
    • Nice to have: Prior experience in data science or international environment, Python coding/advanced data science skills, additional languages beyond English.

    Languages: English fluency is a must.
