This Video Editor will join an In-House AV Creative Studio embracing a future where our creative storytelling contributes to our goal of becoming the world's most beloved video streaming company. In this role, you will work on promos, sizzles, trailers, and social content for Prime Video Brand and Marketplace campaigns and Amazon MGM Studios titles. You will edit dynamic and engaging video marketing content across various formats. Responsibilities include brainstorming, scripting, music supervision, sound design, mixing, and presenting your work. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including other editors, designers, creative directors, strategists, post producers, and cross-functional partners. Regular participation in AV team reviews and providing feedback to elevate creative standards are also expected. This is a full-time, on-premise role.

Key job responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class marketing AV content that surprises and delights our global customers.
  • Develop, edit, and deliver various content types, including multi-title campaigns, social media content, and sizzle reels.
  • Meet and exceed marketing objectives through compelling video creative.
  • Brainstorm, write, develop motion graphics, produce, pitch, and incorporate feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, adapting to changing conditions.
  • Edit independently and maintain an organized editing workflow.
  • Ensure proper delivery and quality control of all formats.

About The Team

The In-House AV Studio within Prime Video-US Creative Production develops creative assets that amplify Amazon MGM Studios Originals and Prime Video's brand identity, maintaining a consistent marketing presence across customer touchpoints.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years editing experience in an agency or in-house setting, particularly with trailers and promos
  • Experience in theatrical and/or streaming spaces for 3+ years
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Strong sound mixing and design skills with ProTools
  • Provide a demo reel showcasing previous work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading creative projects from concept to delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience presenting to senior executives
