My client, a leading water infrastructure contractor headquartered in Dallas, is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Water to lead their water division. They are looking for a strategic and results-driven executive to oversee operations, business development, and project delivery within the water sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all water infrastructure projects, including water treatment, distribution, and wastewater systems.
- Oversee project management, estimating, construction, and operations to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the water division's market presence in the Dallas region and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and industry partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and project teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to water infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other company leaders to align water division goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Extensive leadership experience in water infrastructure construction or engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale water projects and driving business growth.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and market conditions in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is a plus.
