As the Vice President of Solutions Engineering, you'll lead a high-performing team of Sales Engineers and Architects across the region. You'll be instrumental in helping organizations, unlock the power of Salesforce, and build a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Directors, Solution Engineers and Architects to foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to define and execute the sales strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Account Executives, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between technical solutions and customer needs.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from presales activities such as discovery and requirements analysis to solution design and presentation.

  • Leverage your profound technical expertise in modern cloud data platforms and data analytics tools to craft tailored and innovative solutions for clients.

  • Drive collaboration with Product Marketing to shape messaging, sales plays, and go-to-market strategies based on customer insights and market trends.

  • Champion the capture of customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions and optimize revenue generation.

  • Represent Salesforce at key industry events and conferences, enhancing our thought leadership and market visibility.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or sales engineering, with a proven track record of success in highly technical sales.

  • Expertise in CRM, CDP, modern cloud data platforms and data analytics tools, acquired through years of technology sales experience.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a history of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex technical information into customer-centric solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, honed through years of experience in technical sales.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, complemented by your extensive technology sales background.
