We are seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Application Support II to join our AI-Hub team. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, or Lake Mary, FL, with a requirement of 4 days in the office per week.
In this role, you will:
- Resolve and triage issues related to critical applications, servers, networks, and overall application health.
- Maintain the operational stability and integrity of BNY's AI Hub platform used by other Lines of Business.
- Develop and maintain standard procedures for troubleshooting and resolving events.
- Collaborate with AI Hub engineers to reduce mean time to resolution and improve service delivery.
- Maintain communication with vendors and team members to stay updated on domain issues.
- Interact regularly with internal customers and support teams, addressing both technical and non-technical requirements with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience; advanced degrees are a plus. 8-10 years of diverse IT experience, with experience in securities or financial services preferred.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technology support, including Java, Python, Networking, Windows, Unix, and Mainframe troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SQL and Splunk for log analysis and dashboard creation.
- Knowledge of AI & ML, Agents, Models, and core AI technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with ITIL Service Management processes in an enterprise environment.
